SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY - BOLOGNA : HANDMADE PASTRY

Maria, a qualified “Sfoglina” (which in Bolognese dialect indicates a woman who makes pastry by hand), has reserved a special weekend offer at her B&B Accogliente Bologna in Budrio especially for abbeySCHOOL CiaoItaly students.

Accogliente Bologna is also the home of a cultural association called Sapore Bolognese, which is committed to promoting traditional Bolognese food and wine throughout the world.

The timetable foresees a guided tour of Bologna's old town, the tasting of typical local products and a course in how to make pastry by hand.

Students of abbeySCHOOL CiaoItaly will be able to benefit from a special 5% discount on cookery courses and accommodation at the Accogliente Bologna.

Full programme:

Friday: arrival in Bologna by train in the afternoon, transfer by local train to Budrio, Bolognese dinner and accommodation in a single or double room.
Saturday: breakfast, purchase of the ingredients for the cookery course, tasting of products prepared during the course, second night's accommodation.
Sunday: breakfast, transfer from Budrio to Bologna, return to Turin by train.

The package does not include the cost of the return trip from Turin to Bologna.
