THE PIEDMONT COOKING
Fulvia, who manages the
La Fufi, cookery school, welcomes the students of
abbeySCHOOL CiaoItaly not only to teach them the
basics and secrets of the art of high-class cooking, but also to guide them through the
discovery of Italy's culinary traditions and local specialities.
The school aims its courses at both cookery enthusiasts and professionals working in the sector, providing them with a wide selection of programmes at all levels.
Lessons last for
three hours each and are held in small groups (a maximum of 8 students) in which everyone works under the supervision of the teachers. Each lesson ends with a
full lunch or
dinner accompanied by Doc and Docg wines. Practical lessons are supplemented with study notes and text books for the exclusive use of students attending the school.
La Fufi is also able to provide, exclusively for its students, a complete range of
copper saucepans, frying pans, casserole dishes and baine-marie pans, all handmade and manufactured in strict accordance with the most ancient of traditions.
